If my application is successful, I agree to abide by the ski school etiquette.

I also agree, for myself, my executors and administrators, to release and forever discharge the Clearwater Aquatic Club, and persons connected to the coaching weeks, from any loss, damage or injury sustained by me or my equipment during the ski school.
